Please read before booking <3
Before appt.
Please show up without any eye makeup on, or come with makeup remover to remove it before your service. I always provide a lash bath at the beginning of the service, but having no eye makeup on significantly reduces the duration of the lash bath, which gives me more time to put lashes on! :)
Canceling/ Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of up to 50% of your service may be charged. Please just communicate with me, I am very understanding. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify me of this, the card on file will be charged for 100% of the service.
Late to appt.
If you are late to your appointment, I will still only work for the allotted time of your appointment, as I may have an appointment after you. Just remember that communication is key! :)
Fills
If you have less than 40% of your lashes left and scheduled a fill, you will either be charged for a full set or rescheduled for a full set if I feel I do not have time to complete your lashes that day. (send me a pic if you're unsure!)
Guests
If you would like to bring a guest, please communicate that to me prior to your appointment. Kids that cannot be left to occupy/ care for themselves may not come to your appointment, as your eyes will be closed and I will be busy working on your beautiful lashes.
Your card will be kept on file, but will only be charged in the instance of a policy break (all stated above).
