Cancellation Policy

Please show up with squeaky clean lashes! If I feel that your lashes are dirty, I may send you to the bathroom with some lash cleansing supplies for you to freshen them up :) To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least a day before your appointment. If you must cancel in less than 4 hours before your appointment, there will be a $20 fee. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not let me know beforehand that you aren't coming, you will be charged 100% of your appointment price. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, I may have to reschedule you and charge my last minute cancellation fee of $20. If you have less than 40% of your lashes left and scheduled a fill, you will either be charged for a full set or rescheduled for a full set if I feel I do not have time to complete your lashes that day. (send me a pic if you're unsure!) Foreign fills are welcome, as long as it is quality work. You will have to send me a picture for me to determine if I am able to fill a lash set done by another artist. If I can't, I will have to remove your lashes and schedule you a full set. Please do not bring guests with you unless you clear it with me, as there are other artists and clients in a shared space. Your card will be kept on file, but will only be charged in the instance of a policy break (all stated above). Thank you so much for respecting me, my time, and my small business <3
